Chopped Greek Salad

romaine lettuce, chopped

red onion, cut into rings

kalamata olives

plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped

lemon, juiced

oregano

olive oil

green pepper, chopped

dried basil

red wine vinegar

cucumbers

salt

crumbled feta cheese
Directions
1.
In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables and cheese together.

In a separate bowl, prepare the salad's dressing by stirring all the spices together: olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. If you want the dressing to be smoother, you can use a blender.

Pour the dressing over the salad bowl and toss to combine.
